Overview
At Medas Pump, we stand behind the quality of our water pumps, garden tools and industrial machinery. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all return requests.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are exempt from returns:
- Customized or engineered-to-order products: Items made to your specific specifications cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Clearance or final sale items: No refunds or exchanges will be issued for clearance products.
- Accessories or consumables: Sealed parts, seals, and consumable items cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or accident: We do not cover returns for damage caused by incorrect use or installation.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@medaspump.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Return shipping costs: For returns due to buyer’s remorse (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Defective or incorrect items: If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
- No return will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Partial refunds may be granted for items with damage not due to our fault, or for items returned after the 30-day window.
International Orders
For international orders, please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs for orders are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged (in which case we cover the cost).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be refunded if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@medaspump.com and send your item to: [No.35 Muxu west road, Jinqiao Industry Zone, MuduTown, Suzhou City, Jiangsu province 215101 China].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
